瑞銀增持慶鈴至超過5%
聯交所周三收市後發布的資料顯示, ubs日前以平均每股80仙增持1122逾500萬股, 使持股比例超過5%, 因此要公開有關交易, ubs早年曾持有1122, 但在2元樓上減持至低於5%, 一直再無動作, 今次再持有逾5%, 反映出ubs再次看好1122前景, 與peter的看法相近, 希望大家近日在低位買了一些,
可望賺些新年利是錢.
此外, 據悉3月起將推動汽車下鄉, 資助購貨車及微型車, 對1122及1211都是好消息.

UBS很大機會係代客持貨.
經多次減息,不知會對1122利息收入影嚮有多大?
代客持貨沒問題, 最重要是超過5%, MY chunghing sources mentioned that a Canadian fund had accumulated more than 4% of the 1122 H shares. Not sure now if it is equated to the announcement of UBS.
As far as I know, the Canadian fund had asked 1122 to buy back and cancel some H shares from the market, but there has not been any action.
lesser interest income is not a major problem, I would pay attention to every segment of its vehicle sale results and its parts(零部件) development.
The market atmosphere, however, is very bad, and maybe we can't collect laisee for the time being, but I would expect wonderful full year results for 2008 and 2009.
