Don't know if you still remember my mentioned cigar butt before. It's 132 中國興業. Yesterday, they just released their 2006 result and the profit has gone up 5 times to 70 millions comparing to last year result. This stock has been suspended for 3 years and was re-listed in 2006. It seems that they are finally going in the right direction.
Peter, JR 剛發表的言論,指美國樓市將有機會跌40% to 50%. 新興市場股市會暴挫80%。
個人覺得美國樓市早幾年之升勢未至於是大泡沫,即使調整亦不應像香港般跌去一半。請問Peter您的看法。
